Insecurity: Kwara Captures Motorcycle Operators’ Data

Kwara State government has commenced data collection of commercial motorcycle operators as part of measures to strengthen the security of the people.
LEADERSHIP reports that the initiative aims to strengthen security and prevent insurgents and other non-state actors from exploiting transportation businesses to carry out criminal activities across the state.
The state commissioner for Transportation, Hon. Lafia Aliyu Korasabi, confirmed the data-capturing exercise for motorcycle operators during a consultative meeting on security matters held in Ilorin, the state capital, yesterday.
