Iron Capital Asset Management appoints Tonya Osato Lawani, three others to board

Iron Capital Asset Management has appointed Tonya Osato Lawani, a corporate strategist and governance expert, to its board as a Non-Executive Director, in a move the firm says will strengthen its governance framework and support long-term growth.
