The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has warned prospective candidates for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) to verify their personal information on their National Identification Number (NIN) records before beginning registration.
The Board issued the warning in a recent edition of its “JAMB Explained” series shared on its official social media platform, urging candidates to correct any discrepancies in their personal details before creating their JAMB profiles.
According to JAMB, candidates should carefully check their names, dates of birth and other personal information linked to their NIN records.
