NNPC’s 2025 Profit Rises 33% to N7.2trn in 2025 Despite Revenue Decline
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has reported a profit after tax of N7.2 trillion for the 2025 financial year, up 33 per cent from N5.4 trillion in 2024, even as revenue fell.
The Group Chief Executive Officer, Bayo Ojulari, announced the audited results at a media briefing in Abuja, held after the company’s annual general meeting and earnings call.
Revenue for the year was N34.5 trillion, down from N45.1 trillion in 2024. Earnings per share rose to N35.9 from N27.07.
