The United States has condemned the recent attack on a village in Kaduna State that reportedly claimed the lives of at least 30 people, including children, and urged the Nigerian government to take stronger action against violence targeting Christians in the country’s Middle Belt.
The condemnation was contained in a statement shared on Saturday on X by the US Bureau of African Affairs.
The bureau expressed sympathy to the families of those who lost their loved ones during the early morning attack, which occurred on July 27.
