The Kano State House of Assembly has begun consideration of four executive bills sent by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf. The bills were presented during plenary on Tuesday after the Speaker of the House, Jibril Isma’il Falgore, read a letter from Governor Yusuf informing lawmakers that the proposed legislations had been approved by the State Executive Council.
The proposed bills are the Kano State Local Government Administration Bill, 2025; the Kano State Economic Planning and Development Council Bill, 2025; the Kano State Education Bill, 2025; and the Audu Bako College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Danbatta Bill, 2025.
