Katsina-Ala LGA Boss Emerges New Benue ALGON Chairman

The chairman of Katsina-Ala Local Government area, Justine Shaku, has emerged the new chairman of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Benue state chapter following the resignation of his predecessor, Vitalis Terhile Neji.
Neji, who is the chairman of Kwande local government area said he would continue to support Governor Hyacinth Alia’s administration despite his stepping aside as the state ALGON leader.
Speaking with journalists in Makurdi over his resignation, Neji said he would not work against Governor Alia, promising to assist his successor to steer affairs of the association.
