Kidnap victims still in captivity despite Igboho’s ultimatum – Police debunk reports

Oyo State Police Command has revealed that two people who were kidnapped recently in Igbope are still in captivity.
It was reported on Sunday that the victims were released by their kidnappers, identified as Fulani herdsmen, after an ultimatum issued by Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho.
However, the command debunked the reports in a statement released on Sunday by Public Relations Officer, Olayinka Ayanlade.
DAILY POST gathered that two people identified as Mrs Kuburat Omowumi and her son were kidnapped few days ago in the area.
