ABUJA — The Kogi Central Progressive Elites have warned the Obi-Kwankwaso Movement against dragging the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) into partisan politics following its call for an investigation into Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s recent cash empowerment programme.

In a statement issued in Abuja on Thursday, its President, Abdullahi Omeiza, said the group was concerned about what it described as the growing tendency among political actors to deploy anti-corruption institutions and rhetoric for partisan purposes.
