Lekki land row: Firm petitions IGP, Sanwo-Olu over alleged property grab

A Lagos-based company, Advance Lincon Limited, has petitioned the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun; Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; the Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Lawal Pedro (SAN); and several human rights organisations over an alleged attempt to forcefully seize its Lekki property.
The company accused suspected land grabbers, allegedly aided by compromised security operatives and hoodlums, of harassment, criminal trespass, threats and attempts to illegally take over its property located at Block 69H, Lekki Peninsula Scheme II, Lagos.
