Lions Club Mulls Food Bank In Osun

Newly created Lions Club, District 404B6 Nigeria, plans to establish a food bank to alleviate the suffering of the underprivileged in Osogbo.
The district governor, Oluomo Sunday Akere, who disclosed this to the media in Osogbo at the commencement of the 2026-2027 Lions Service Year, said the district will raise N250 million for the project, including the construction of Lions House in Osogbo.
Akere said the project will be the centrepiece of his Investiture and public presentation scheduled for Saturday, 25 July 2026.
