Man Who Married 2 Wives Same Day Dies In Mysterious Circumstances

A man in Kogi State, Yusuf Jamiu Itopa, who made headlines on social media months ago after marrying two women on the same day, has died in circumstances described by family members and witnesses as mysterious.
Itopa, popularly known as “Pharmacist” despite being a graduate of Computer Science, hailed from Ozuma, Okengwe, in Okene local government area of Kogi State.
He reportedly died on Saturday, October 31, 2026, in the Okengwe Ehi community, months after his unusual wedding ceremony attracted widespread attention on social media.
His death was made public by a Facebook user identified as MC Ajina, who confirmed his demise and shared a video of his funeral.
