Kylian Mbappé has become the all-time leading goalscorer for the French men’s senior national team after scoring twice against Senegal.
Mbappé had gone into the match level with Olivier Giroud on 57 goals, but his brace moved him clear at the top of France’s scoring chart.
The France forward now has 59 goals in 99 caps, surpassing Giroud, who scored 57 times in 137 appearances.
Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry is third on the list with 51 goals from 123 appearances.
