Moonshot: Atiku woos founders, engineers; promises tax relief for startups

Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has promised tax relief for young businesses and pledged to make government a major customer of Nigerian technology companies if elected president in 2027.
Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), made the pledge in a post on his X handle on Wednesday, addressing founders, engineers and other technology professionals attending the Moonshot conference organised by TechCabal at the National Theatre in Lagos.
