Mother of three brutally m8rdered by suspected assailants in Ekiti

A mother of three, identified as Olaitan Amire Adewumi, has been brutally m8rdered by suspected assailants in Ido-Ekiti, Ido/Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State. The shocking incident reportedly occurred on Saturday night, June 13, 2026.  A relative of the deceased, Mr. Dare Akinola, who confirmed the incident said that the attackers had initially attempted to burn down Amires apartment on Friday night. According to him, the plot was foiled when a passerby noticed flames coming from the window of the deceaseds residence and promptly raised an alarm, preventing the fire from spreading. On Friday, there was an attempt to set her house on fire, but the effort was unsuccessful because a ...
