Nasarawa PDP sets sights on power, begins push to unseat APC — Gimba

The Nasarawa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has formally set its machinery in motion for the 2027 general elections, declaring that the party is prepared to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and return to power in the state.
The declaration was made by the state PDP chairman, Dr Joel Daniel Gimba, after an expanded executive council meeting in Lafia on Tuesday, as the party prepared for the official commencement of its 2027 campaign activities in line with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) timetable.
