NASS by-election: INEC presents certificate of return to Asogwa, others

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), yesterday in Abuja, presented certificates of return to the newly-elected senator representing Enugu North, and other national assembly members that emerged victorious during last Saturday’s legislative bye-elections.
The electoral umpire, while swearing in the victorious lawmakers, urged them to represent their constituencies at both chambers very well to justify the confidence reposed in them by their constituents.
