Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has disclosed that it achieved a 65 per cent passenger complaint resolution rate in 2025, representing a 10-percentage-point improvement over its 2024 performance.
NCAA also said it is on track to attain a 90 per cent complaint resolution rate by the end of 2026.
Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mr Michael Achimugu, said this while receiving the 2026/2027 African Brands Personality Award, presented by an African Brands delegation led by Mr Godwin Enesi Chatta at the NCAA headquarters in Abuja.
