NDLEA Foils Cocaine Smuggling To China, Italy

National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has intercepted cocaine concealed in a traditional local mortar and a backpack billed for China and Italy.
The NDLEA also arrested a notorious drug dealer in Rivers State and a suspected supplier of narcotics to bandits in Zamfara State.
The agency said personnel of its Directorate of Operations and General Investigations (DOGI) uncovered the illicit consignments during an operation at a Lagos logistics company on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
