Niger Delta: Tinubu Committed To Bridging Human Capital Development Gaps – Otuaro

Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has reiterated President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to investing in the education of Niger Delta youths through its scholarship scheme to bridge the human capital development gap in the region.
Otuaro spoke on Wednesday, when a delegation from Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), United Kingdom, comprising the regional director, Africa, Dr Nana Adom; senior admissions manager, Eve Flower and country manager, Nigeria, Linda Ayodele, visit him in Abuja.
ARU, one of the partnering UK universities, has 69 PAP alumni and 28 scholarship beneficiaries studying various courses at the institution.
