Nigeria @66: Emir Of Ilorin Advocates Unity In Diversity

The Emir of Ilorin,  Alh Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has called on Nigerians to uphold unity in diversity as the nation marks its 66th independence anniversary.
Sulu-Gambari noted that Nigeria’s strength lies in its diverse ethnic, religious and cultural heritage, which must be harnessed for national development.
The Emir’s message was signed by his spokesman, Dr. Abdulazeez Arowona.
Sulu- Gambari stressed that 66 years after independence, Nigeria has every reason to thank God for sustaining its corporate existence, despite daunting challenges.
He urged Nigerians to remain patriotic and committed to peaceful coexistence.
