No major security incidents on Abuja-Kaduna route in two years – Army

The Nigerian Army has said no major security incident has been recorded along the Abuja–Kaduna road and rail corridor in recent years due to sustained military operations and the deployment of troops.
The Commander of Sub Sector 4, Operation Fansan Yanma, Sector 1, 1 Division Nigerian Army, Col. I.R. Adom, disclosed this during a media tour of military formations in Kaduna.
According to him, troops are responsible for securing the Abuja–Kaduna expressway, rail corridor, nearby communities, and critical national infrastructure within the area.
