NYSC: Adire not approved yet to replace ‘Khaki’ – Youth Minister

The Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, has clarified that the Federal Government has not approved Adire as the replacement for the National Youth Service Corps’ (NYSC) traditional khaki uniform, saying reports suggesting otherwise misrepresented his comments .
The clarification came hours after media reports interpreted remarks he made during an interview on Channels Television’s The Morning Brief as confirmation that Adire had been adopted as the new NYSC uniform.
