Ohanaeze Lagos moves to unite Ndigbo, declares support for Mbata

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos State, has declared its total support for the President-General (PG) of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Senator Azuta Mbata, in his efforts to unite Ndigbo across Nigeria.
In a communique issued by the General Assembly of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos State, at the weekend, and signed by its Secretary-General, Chief Robert Obasi, the Igbo socio-cultural organisation, among other resolutions, condemned what it described as derogatory publications against the PG by some individuals.
The General Assembly resolved that the individuals involved be immediately suspended from all activities and engagements of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos.
