Oluku Market fire: Okpebholo pledges support for affected traders

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has promised to support traders affected by the fire at Oluku Market, assuring them of assistance to rebuild the market and restore their means of livelihood.
The governor gave the assurance after visiting the scene of the incident and victims receiving medical treatment at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).
During the visit, Okpebholo expressed sympathy with families who lost loved ones and traders whose goods were destroyed in the fire.
“My heart goes out to the victims of the Oluku Market fire, especially the families who have lost loved ones and the traders whose livelihoods have been reduced to ashes,” the governor said.
