Orette: Tax Burden, Healthcare Costs Deepening Nigerians’ Hardship

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for Delta South Senatorial District, Dr Austin Orette, has raised concerns over the rising cost of living, increasing financial burdens on households and deficiencies in Nigeria’s healthcare system.
 
Orette, who spoke on Sunday in Warri while addressing party supporters, said efforts to tackle extreme poverty must focus on improving the income and productivity of Nigerians rather than imposing additional financial burdens on households already struggling with high food, transportation, energy, school and medical costs.
