Osun election: Davido, Sowore clash over criticism of Governor Adeleke

A war of words has erupted between Nigerian music star Davido and activist Omoyele Sowore over remarks made about Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke ahead of Saturday’s governorship election.
The exchange started after Sowore, during a recent interview on the election, criticised Adeleke’s administration and questioned the governor’s capacity to lead the state.
Sowore described Adeleke as “brainless” and claimed he had “nothing upstairs”. He also took aim at the condition of infrastructure in Osogbo, saying some parts of the state capital resembled a “war zone”.
