Osun Election: Ekiti, Kogi Govs meet Omisore, secure backing for Oyebamiji

ABUJA — Governors Abiodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State and Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State on Friday met with former Osun State Deputy Governor, Senator Iyiola Omisore, as part of last-minute consultations ahead of Saturday’s governorship election in Osun State.
The meeting was disclosed in a statement by the Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley Femi Fanwo.
According to the statement, the visit was part of strategic engagements by the two All Progressives Congress, APC, governors with key stakeholders as the party intensifies efforts to secure victory for its governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji.
