Osun election: Oriyomi Hamzat congratulates Adeleke, says victory call to do more

The 2027 gubernatorial candidate of Accord Party in Oyo State, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola, on his re-election, describing the renewed mandate as a vote of confidence in the governor’s leadership .
Hamzat stated this in a statement shared on X on Sunday.
Adeleke, who is the Accord Party candidate, secured 511,067 votes to defeat his closest challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who got 444,815 votes.
In his congratulatory message, Hamzat said the outcome of the election reflects the trust and confidence of the people of Osun in the progress made during the governor’s first term.
