Otti, Ibe felicitate Nigerians on 66th Independence anniversary

Abia State Governor Dr Alex Otti and the founder of Gregory University Uturu (GUU), Prof Gregory Ibe, have felicitated Nigerians on the occasion of the country’s 66th Independence anniversary.
In his broadcast to the people of Abia State, Governor Otti congratulated all Nigerians for the joy that comes with freedom, which he said the first day of October represents for millions of Nigerians since 1960.
