ASABA—Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms, Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, Monday, challenged Delta State to convert its abundant natural resources into sustainable prosperity, stressing that wealth is created through sound execution rather than the mere possession of resources.
