PDP screens Onor, others for primaries

The Abdulraham Mohammed-led National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party( PDP), yesterday, screened presidential and governorship aspirants, seeking the party’s tickets for the 2027 general election.
The sole presidential aspirant, Senator Sandy Onor, was screened by the Presidential Screening Committee headed by Okezie Ikpeazu while governorship aspirants were screened by the Gubernatorial Screening Committee chaired by former Kaduna governor, Ahmed Makarfi
The aspirants were Kelechi Anosike from Abia and Kayode Ogunshola from Oyo State.
