PDP: Turaki-led INWC unveils candidates for 2027 polls

The Tanimu Turaki-led Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Interim National Working Committee (INWC) has unveiled candidates for the 2027 general election, noting that the opposition party will contest the governorship polls in 28 states.
Turaki, who spoke at a stakeholders’ meeting to unveil the candidates, assured that the PDP will contest all the available positions at the governorship, national and state assembly levels.
The PDP leader noted that the opposition party is not interested in participating in the 2027 polls but also in winning the contest. He explained that that was responsible for the quality of candidates the party fielded for the next general election.
