People now recruit criminals to commit crime in Edo –Okpebholo

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, yesterday, disclosed that criminal networks operating in the state are now being reinforced with recruits from other parts of the country with local collaborators arranging kidnap-for-ransom operations and handing over victims to hired gangs in the bush.
