Police Probe Death Of Taraba Man As Wife Goes Missing

The Taraba State Police Command has commenced investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the death of a 30-year-old man, Haruna Ishaka, following an alleged domestic confrontation in Maigoje village, Gashaka local government area of the state.

The deceased’s 24-year-old wife, identified as Maimuna, has reportedly gone missing following the incident, which occurred at about 11:15 p.m. on Monday in Mai Idanu Ward.

The police spokesperson, ASP Victor Mshelizah, confirmed that the police were aware of the incident and that efforts to unravel its cause have commenced.
