President Xi Jinping proposes four principles on resolving African hotspot issues

Chinese President Xi Jinping, has put forward, four principles on the constructive participation of relevant parties in the resolution of African hotspot issues.
The Chinese President made the proposition when he received Togolese President Essozimna Gnassingbé, who was on an official visit to China, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, in a statement posted on its website, said that during the visit, the two leaders announced the elevation of bilateral relations to a China-Togo community with a shared future in the new era.
