Report: Man City guilty of breaching 114 Premier League financial rules

Manchester City have been found guilty of breaching 114 of the 115 English Premier League financial regulations they were charged with, according to The Athletic.
An independent panel reportedly reached the decision, although no punishment has been determined.
However, Manchester City, who are expected to appeal the ruling, said the case “remains ongoing” and is “subject to strict confidentiality.”
