Ronaldo Hints At Retirement, Says ‘This Is Probably My Last Year’

Cristiano Ronaldo has given his clearest indication yet that his extraordinary football career could be approaching its end, admitting that the 2026/27 season will “probably” be his last.
The 41-year-old Portugal captain made the revelation in an interview with Vogue , saying he wants to finish his career having left a lasting legacy.
“This is probably my last year of football, and I want to leave a spectacular legacy,” Ronaldo said.
