The Management of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, near Jos, Plateau State, has said that there was no threat to the safety of participants, staff, and residents of the Institute, following a security breach that occurred in the vicinity of NIPSS in the early hours of Tuesday.
NIPSS, in a statement issued by its Head of Public Affairs Department, Dr. Samuel Osime, insisted that the situation was promptly brought under control through the swift response of security personnel and relevant security agencies.
