Vice President Kashim Shettima has thrown his weight behind the Renewed Hope Baby Support (RHBS) programme, a human capital development initiative of the North East Development Commission (NEDC), describing it as a strategic intervention to strengthen identity inclusion, healthcare access and long-term opportunity pathways for Nigerian children.
