Sowore's AAC writes Tinubu, seeks Aso Rock as venue for campaign council inauguration

The African Action Congress, AAC, has written to President Bola Tinubu seeking approval to use the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, Abuja for the inauguration of its Presidential Campaign Council. The party in a letter dated October 21, 2026 and signed by its National Secretary, Oshiokhue Philip Ikpeminoghena, said it wants to hold the inauguration on November 11, 2026 ahead of the 2027 general elections.
