Tinubu Celebrates Aigboje at 60, Hails Banking, Public Service Contributions

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated businessman and financial sector leader, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, on his 60th birthday, commending his contributions to Nigeria’s banking industry, financial markets and public service.
In a special tribute issued on Thursday, President Tinubu described Aig-Imoukhuede as one of a generation of Nigerians who took bold bets on the country and demonstrated that Nigerian institutions could compete at the highest levels.
The President highlighted Aig-Imoukhuede’s tenure at Access Bank, where he became Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and led the bank through a period of significant growth.
