Tinubu recalls suspended permanent secretary

President Bola Tinubu has reinstated the suspended Permanent Secretary, Finance (Special Duties), Federal Ministry of Finance, Mohammed Danjuma, into office with effect from 21 October 2026.
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Olumuyiwa Enitan Abel, in a letter No HCSF/3023/Vol.III/124 dated 22 October 2026, conveyed the approval of President Bola Tinubu for the recall and reinstatement of Danjuma.
