President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday led members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in Abuja, returning to the council chamber for the first time since the June 29 meeting.
The session began at the State House shortly after the President arrived at about 2:30 p.m., with the national anthem marking the formal start of proceedings.
Those at the meeting included Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume; Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Didi Walson-Jack; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; and Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Several ministers, presidential aides and heads of government agencies were also present.
