Adviser to the governor of Benue State on International and Global Partnerships, Zaki Asen, has emphasised the importance of strengthening international partnerships to advance Nigeria’s development priorities.
Asen made this known during high-level engagements at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81) in New York, United States of America, where he joined Nigeria’s delegation led by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The delegation participated in engagements with the leadership of the United Nations at its headquarters, including a meeting with the UN Deputy Secretary-General, Amina J. Mohammed.
