Uzodimma breaks silence on release of 20 kidnapped corps members

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has hailed security agencies for their swift intervention that secured the release of 20 corps members kidnapped along the Onitsha-Owerri Road.
In a statement he personally signed on Wednesday, the governor applauded the agencies for their collaboration and patriotism.
He stated that their coordinated efforts ensured the safe release of the victims.
Recall that the 20 prospective corps members and one other person abducted along the Onitsha-Owerri Road in Imo State regained their freedom on Wednesday.
The governor similarly commended the Imo and Oyo State Governments for working together to secure the release of the corps members.
