Joy Uchechukwu Mba, is a marine professional and the Managing Director of Vega Solutions Ltd.   Her experience spans more than two decades in seafaring, technical operations, maritime training, human resources and ship management.
She is a licensed deck officer who served aboard product tankers,   Mba has experienced maritime operations from the frontline.
