Zamfara NSCDC Marks Customer Service Week, Pledges Improved Service Delivery

The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has joined in commemorating the 2026 Customer Service Week, pledging to improve service delivery to the public.

The State Commandant, CC Sani Mustapha, said on Friday that the Command aligned with the 2026 theme: “Going the Extra Mile”, which he described as a call for greater commitment, determination and professionalism in service to the populace.

The Command’s SERVICOM Unit said the Week underscores the need for progressive and result-driven customer engagement, efficient Turnaround Time (TAT), public trust and customer satisfaction.
