TERMS AND CONDITIONS Perksy.site Effective Date: 1st, March 2026 1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern access to and use of the Perksy.site platform (“Platform”), operated by Perksy Technologies Limited (or applicable registered entity) (“Company,” “Perksy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering on, or using Perksy.site, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that: - You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement; - You consent to electronic execution of this Agreement; - You agree that clicking “I Agree,” registering an account, or using the Platform constitutes a binding electronic signature under applicable Nigerian law. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. 2. ELIGIBILITY To use Perksy.site: - You must be at least 18 years old. - You must have legal capacity under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. - You must provide accurate and complete registration information. - You must not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Platform. The Company reserves the right to verify identity and suspend access pending verification. 3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM Perksy.site is a digital engagement and reward platform that enables Users to: - Participate in promotional campaigns; - Complete tasks; - Engage with sponsored content; - Refer other users; - Earn reward-based incentives. Perksy.site is not a bank, financial institution, investment platform, employment provider, or income-guaranteeing service. All rewards are promotional incentives and do not constitute wages, salary, dividends, or investment returns. 4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY Users must: - Provide accurate and verifiable information; - Maintain confidentiality of login credentials; - Notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. The Company may implement KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures at its sole discretion. 5. USER OBLIGATIONS You agree to: - Use the Platform only for lawful purposes; - Comply with applicable Nigerian laws; - Not misrepresent identity; - Not manipulate reward systems; - Not create multiple accounts without authorization. Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination. 6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES The following are strictly prohibited: - Fraudulent activity; - Use of bots, automation, or scripts; - Exploiting system loopholes; - False referrals; - Identity falsification; - Money laundering; - Any activity violating CBN or AML regulations. The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. 7. REWARDS & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER All rewards: - Are discretionary; - May be modified or withdrawn at any time; - Are subject to compliance verification; - May require minimum thresholds for withdrawal. The Company does not guarantee: - Specific income levels; - Availability of tasks; - Continuous access to reward opportunities. Rewards are promotional incentives and may vary based on availability, compliance, and operational considerations. 8. PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS Withdrawal of earned rewards may require: - Identity verification; - Compliance review; - Anti-fraud screening. The Company may: - Impose withdrawal limits; - Delay withdrawals for investigation; - Freeze accounts pending review; - Reverse improperly credited rewards. The Company is not liable for payment delays caused by third-party processors or banking infrastructure. 9. TAX RESPONSIBILITY Users are solely responsible for: - Reporting earnings to relevant tax authorities; - Paying applicable personal or business taxes. Perksy.site does not withhold taxes unless legally required. 10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION The Company may, at its sole discretion: - Suspend accounts; - Freeze funds; - Reverse transactions; - Permanently terminate access; - Without prior notice if fraud, abuse, or policy violation is suspected. Termination does not waive any rights or claims of the Company. 11. FRAUD INVESTIGATION RIGHTS Perksy.site reserves the right to: - Monitor user activity; - Audit transactions; - Request additional documentation; - Cooperate with law enforcement; - Share information where legally required. Fraudulent accounts may forfeit all accrued rewards. 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Platform content, software, branding, algorithms, systems, and materials are the exclusive property of Perksy Technologies Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law: Perksy.site shall not be liable for: - Loss of profits; - Indirect or consequential damages; - Data loss; - Business interruption; - Technical outages; - Third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed the total rewards earned by the User in the preceding three (3) months. 14. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perksy Technologies Limited, its directors, officers, employees, investors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from: - Your use of the Platform; - Violation of this Agreement; - Fraudulent or unlawful activity. 15. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY Perksy.site complies with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). User data may be: - Collected; - Processed; - Stored; - Shared with payment processors or regulators where legally required. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing. 16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. The Company is not obligated to provide individual notification of updates. 17. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. Users waive the right to: - Class action lawsuits; - Jury trials (where applicable). Arbitration shall be conducted confidentially. 19. FORCE MAJEURE The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: - Government actions; - Regulatory changes; - Network failures; - Acts of God; - Civil unrest. 20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Company. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable. 21.
