2027: Don’t allow politicians use you for violence, digital thuggery, intimidation – IGP tells youths

Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Olatunji Disu, has charged Nigerian youths not to allow themselves to be used by greedy politicians as instruments of misinformation, hate or digital intimidation to achieve their ambitions.
Disu, has also called on youths not to allow themselves to be recruited for political violence, digital thuggery nor carry weapon for anybody’s political ambition.
Rather, he charged them to participate actively, peacefully, lawfully during elections and protect their future, which he said “is not yours alone”.
